UPINLBS是一个聚焦无缝定位、室内导航和基于位置服务的国际会议。2010年该会议成立于芬兰，第六届UPINLBS将于2019年11月13日至14日在中国首都北京举行。此次会议将汇集来自学术界和工业界的研究人员和从业人员，讨论创新的本地化技术，新兴的基于位置的应用程序和服务。除了技术会议，特邀主题报告和小组讨论外，会议还将组织学生室内定位比赛，并设立优秀论文奖项。无缝定位解决方案越来越多的应用于智能城市发展，对于城市安全、公共服务和产品消费起着至关重要的作用。如果您正在寻找新的定位解决方案或想要展示您的最新研究成果，我们邀请您来北京这个古老文化与现代文明融为一体的城市，加入我们。

Welcome to UPINLBS 2019
UPINLBS is an international conference that focuses on Ubiquitous Positioning, Indoor Navigation and Location-Based Services. Inaugurated in 2010 in Finland, the sixth UPINLBS will be held in Beijing, the capital of China, November 13-14, 2019. The conference will bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to discuss innovative localization technologies, emerging location-based applications and services. In addition to technical sessions, invited keynotes and panel discussions, the conference will organize student indoor localization competition and highlight with outstanding paper awards.
Seamless localization solution is becoming imperative in more and more applications for safety critical purposes, public services, and consumer products towards smart city development. If you are looking for novel localization solutions or would like to present your latest research results, we invite you to join us in Beijing, a city where the ancient culture and the modern civilization are integrated.
